Below are a selection of sample menus and prices for your party. We always use the best seasonal ingredients, and therefore the menus can change depending on the time of year.

 

3-course menu

  • Smoked salmon from Fanø with smoked cheese, cucumber, radishes and dill
  • Fillet of Danish veal with onion purée, small new onions and crushed potatoes with lovage
  • White chocolate baked and as a mousse, with buttermilk and sea buckthorn

  • Salted scallops with soured cream, malt and wild cress
  • Lightly salted terrine of pork cheeks with smoked mayo, pickled and raw beets
  • Danish beef tenderloin with celery in browned butter, crisp jerusalem artichokes and potato compote with truffle
  • Nordic cheeses with fruit compote, hand-picked olives and crackers
  • Dark chocolate with crisp praline, apple, vanilla and yoghurt

Lunch buffet

  • Chicken salad with mushrooms, herbs, onion and bacon
  • Prawns with dill, roe and fennel
  • Lightly salted salmon with smoked cheese cream, cucumber and parsley
  • Charcuteri, 2 kinds of cold meats, olives and grilled artichokes
  • Cucumber, feta and dill
  • Green salad with seeds and dressing
  • Breast of veal with horseradish and carrots
  • Hake with mussels and herbs
  • Warm potato salad with onions and olives
  • European cheeses with fruit compote, caramalised nuts and crackers
  • Something for the sweet tooth

  • Salmon rillette with herbs, onions and trout roe
  • Tiger prawns with tomato, dill and fennel
  • Carpaccio with parmesan, mustard and herbs

  • Loin of veal with pickled onions and thyme
  • Cockerel with fried cabbage and spinach
  • Coalfish with celery and toasted nuts
  • Potato compote with lovage and browned butter
  • Pearl barley risotto with parmesan, mushrooms and parsley
  • European cheeses with fruit compote, caramalised nuts and crackers
  • Something for the sweet tooth
