In addition to individual training and sessions with a personal trainer, Fit&Sund Himmerland also offers a selection of exciting and challenging fitness classes, such as water aerobics and yoga.
Our classes are primarily aimed at Fit&Sund members, but if there are spaces available in a class then hotel and holiday cottage guests are also welcome to take part for a fee of DKK 50 per class.
Please note that all classes are carried out in Danish.

Monday & Wednesday: 5.00-5.45 pm.
An amazing experience in the swimming pool — water aerobics is a combination of gymnastics, weight training and dance, where virtually anyone can join in, regardless of ability, physique or age. It allows you to train the entire body and strengthen all muscles without straining muscles and joints.
Monday: 6.30-7.30 pm.
Thursday: 7.00-8.00 pm.
Yoga consists of a series of physical excercises while focusing on breathing. You train both the inner muscles that stabilize your joints and the outer muscles that enable you to move. Yoga makes you more flexible and is therefore especially good for those suffering from stiff and tight muscles. It is a form of excercise, where you only have to perform in relation to yourself.
